Return & Refund Policy

30-Day Return Policy We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags attached and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, contact us at adri.patrijr@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: perishable goods, custom or personalized products, personal care items, hazardous materials, sale items, and gift cards.

Exchanges To exchange an item, return the original and place a new order once the return is approved.

EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason, without justification. The same conditions apply regarding item condition and proof of purchase.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at adri.patrijr@gmail.com.
